Dinosaurs found in
Morocco
17 kinds of dinosaur have been found in Morocco, from 48 recorded finds. The best known are Spinosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus and Spicomellus.
Most of the fossils come from the Ifezouane Formation, the Couche III Formation, the El Mers Formation, the Gara Sbaa Formation and the El Mers III Formation.
