What it was like
Calamosaurus was a small two-legged predator known only from two neck bones. They were light and slender, but they reveal little else about the animal.
Its world
It lived in the Early Cretaceous in what is now England.
How it was found
Lydekker named it in 1891. The type species is Calamosaurus foxi, which honors the collector who found the bones.
