About Koreaceratops
What it was like
Koreaceratops was a small, early horned dinosaur, known from the back half of a skeleton, with legs and a long tail. It had no real horns or large frill.
Its tail had very tall spines on top, which made it deep and flat from side to side. Some scientists think it may have helped it swim, but that idea is uncertain.
Its world
It lived in the Early Cretaceous in what is now South Korea.
How it was found
Lee and colleagues named Koreaceratops in 2010, from a single find. It was the first horned dinosaur named from Korea.
