Bayannurosaurus was a large plant eater related to Iguanodon. It is known from a nearly complete skeleton.
Its world
It lived in the Early Cretaceous in what is now northern China. Its bones come from the Bayingebi Formation.

Xu and colleagues named it in 2018. It is named after the city region where it was found.
