How to play
Pick a puzzle and look for the names in the list. Drag across a word from its first letter to its last, or tap the first letter and then the last. With a keyboard, move with the arrow keys and press Enter on the first and last letters.
Easy puzzles hide words left to right and top to bottom only. Medium puzzles add diagonals. The expert challenge hides words in all eight directions, backward too. Each name you find is crossed off and links to that dinosaur's page, with facts, pictures and a map of its fossils.
For classes and long car rides
Every puzzle prints on one sheet of letter or A4 paper, with a line for a name. The answer key prints on a second sheet, or leave it out by unticking the box under the puzzle. The puzzles stay the same, so a sheet printed today matches the page next month.
